好好过
巧丽老师的要求并不高
是我们对自己的要求太低了
所以才会进步得这么慢
巧丽严格吗？
倒不如问你自己对自己严格吗
连续四天的高强度练习告一段落
接下来是连续三天的休息
早上起来照镜子，胯部惊现盆骨
我躺在床上乐了好久
流了一公升的汗水吧，值了！
最开心的是行走西米出来了，嘿嘿
因为头脑发热，决定从天客走回家
走了将近一个小时，中途迷路20分钟
准确的说，我一直在迷路
还好地球是圆的，瞎走瞎晃也给我晃回去了
五姑娘问我当时是不是很害怕
我说当时回家心切，忘了害怕
放假好久咯，大家似乎都没什么动静
年纪大了，就蒲不动了
也好，可以把精力花在值得的事上
~最后的暑假，我要好好过~
